The airport is located 16 kilometers from the city of Cancún and is the second busiest airport in Mexico and the one that serves the most international passengers in the country. It is estimated that it serves around 21.4 million passengers annually.
Taxi: Taxis are found in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, at the airport exits; To use this service you need to buy your tickets on this website or in the installed modules and the service is available from 7am to 11:30pm. Rate $28.45 – $45+ (one way).
Private transport: There are several companies that offer transfer services from the air terminal to your accommodation. The advantage of choosing this option is that the payment is fixed, and the vans with air conditioning and internet, will pick you up after your arrival at the airport and before leaving at the door of your hotel.
Prestige: This is the in-house shuttle service of Marriott and JW Marriott. Regular Shuttle: Rates: $22 USD per adult and $11 USD per child between 6 and 11 years old. Children younger than 6 receive this service complimentary. The rates are for a one-way shuttle. It is a shared service with other Marriott guests. The cost for your transportation will be posted to your room bill considering the credit card on your hotel reservation. Drivers are not allowed to receive any kind of payments

Best Day: The cost of the transfer in shared transportation (minivan) from the airport to the hotel is around $11 per person (one way). Additionally, it is possible to rent a complete vehicle for 9 or 14 people at the cost of $88 and $99 respectively (one way). More information can be found here.
